Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using qodeplatforms.com, the Qode Spatial Viewer (QSV), the Qode Query Protocol (QQP), or any other Qode Platforms service, product, or protocol (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

About Qode Platforms

Who We Are

Qode Platforms is an AI-powered spatial intelligence company headquartered in Austin, Texas. Qode Platforms builds infrastructure for encoding, querying, and governing physical environments as named spatial graph assets through proprietary protocols including the Qode Spatial Engine (QSE), Qode Spatial Graph Hub (QSG), Qode Spatial Viewer (QSV), and Qode Query Protocol (QQP).

Qode Research Labs (QRL) is the research and development arm of Qode Platforms. The Qode Partner Network (QPN) is the commercial partner program through which property owners and authorized vendors engage with the Qode pipeline.

Use of Services

Permitted Use

You may access and use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Permitted uses include:

Evaluating Qode Platforms products and protocols for potential partnership or investment

Accessing the QQP live demo on synthetic named spatial graph assets for evaluation purposes

Requesting access to the white paper "Beyond 2D Pixels" through the gated form on /whitepaper

Contacting Qode Platforms for partnership, research, or business inquiries

Prohibited Use

You may not:

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the QSE, QSV, QQP, or QSG protocols

Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from any Qode Platforms service

Misrepresent your identity, organization, or intent when accessing gated content

Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Qode Platforms content without prior written consent

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or associated infrastructure

Intellectual Property

Proprietary Protocols and Content

All content, protocols, software, and materials on qodeplatforms.com are the exclusive property of Qode Platforms and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The following are proprietary to Qode Platforms:

QSE (Qode Spatial Engine) — the pipeline for converting OpenUSD scene assets into named spatial graph assets

QSG (Qode Spatial Graph Hub) — the versioned spatial graph asset registry and format

QSV (Qode Spatial Viewer) — the authorized scene rendering surface

QQP (Qode Query Protocol) — the structured spatial intelligence query interface

QRL (Qode Research Labs) — the research and protocol development program

QPN (Qode Partner Network) — the partner onboarding and commercial framework

The Double-Blind protocol and Human Super Actor governance model

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any Qode Platforms intellectual property. The "Powered by Qode Platforms" attribution displayed on authorized partner surfaces is a licensed designation and may not be reproduced without an active QPN partnership agreement.

QPN Partner Relationships

Three-Party Model

The Qode Partner Network operates a structured three-party model involving: (1) Property Partners — physical environment owners; (2) USD Capture Vendors — third-party specialists who produce OpenUSD scene assets; and (3) Qode Platforms — the spatial intelligence pipeline operator.

Partner Responsibilities

Each party in the QPN model operates under a separate partnership agreement that defines scope, deliverables, data rights, and attribution requirements. These Terms of Service govern use of the website and public-facing services. QPN partnership agreements are separate binding contracts executed between the parties. Third-party USD capture vendors operate independently and are not agents or employees of Qode Platforms.

Qode Platforms makes no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or completeness of USD scene assets delivered by third-party capture vendors. The QSE pipeline processes assets as delivered. Any errors or omissions in source USD assets are the responsibility of the delivering vendor.

QRL Research Engagements

Research Cohort Terms

Qode Research Labs (QRL) engagements are governed by separate research participation agreements. QRL is not a consulting firm. Results published on qodeplatforms.com from QRL partner engagements are published with mutual written consent. Partner names, assets, and proprietary data are never published without explicit authorization.

QRL research findings, protocol versions, and published results are the intellectual property of Qode Platforms. Partner contributions to protocol development do not constitute ownership of the resulting protocols.

Live Demo and Synthetic Data

QQP Demo — Synthetic Assets Only

The QQP live demo on qodeplatforms.com operates exclusively on synthetic named spatial graph assets including PalmAtlasRetreat, AzureCrestResort, GrandMeridianHotel, and VertexTower. These assets do not represent real properties. Any resemblance to real physical environments is coincidental.

The demo is provided for evaluation purposes only. Query results, protocol responses, and spatial data returned by the demo are synthetic and should not be relied upon for any operational, safety, or commercial purpose.

White Paper Access

Gated Content Terms

Access to the white paper "Beyond 2D Pixels: The Architecture of Queryable Scene Intelligence and Double-Blind Spatial Safety" requires completion of a registration form. By submitting the form you confirm that:

You are accessing the white paper on behalf of a legitimate organization

The information you provide is accurate and complete

You will not distribute the white paper without prior written consent from Qode Platforms

You consent to Qode Platforms retaining your registration information as described in the Privacy Policy

No Warranty

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. QODE PLATFORMS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QODE PLATFORMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF QODE PLATFORMS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. QODE PLATFORMS' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Governing Law

Jurisdiction and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

Updates and Modifications

Qode Platforms reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
