Data Storage and Security

Where and How We Store Your Data

White paper registration data submitted through qodeplatforms.com is stored in a Cloudflare R2 bucket secured with access controls accessible only to authorized Qode Platforms personnel. Data is stored in the United States.

Security Measures
Qode Platforms applies industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access-controlled storage, and restricted personnel access. No storage system is 100% secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately at ravi@qodeplatforms.com.

The QQP live demo on qodeplatforms.com operates exclusively on synthetic named spatial graph assets. No real property data, client data, or personally identifiable spatial information is stored in or accessible through the live demo.

Third Parties

Who We Share Data With

Qode Platforms does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share data with:

Service providers — infrastructure and hosting providers (Vercel, Cloudflare) who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes
QPN partners — only the data necessary to facilitate a specific partnership engagement, under a signed QPN partnership agreement with confidentiality obligations
Legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Qode Platforms or others

USD capture vendors in the QPN three-party model are independent third parties. Qode Platforms does not share personal data with capture vendors. Any data exchange between property partners and capture vendors is governed by their own agreements.

Our Cookie Policy

qodeplatforms.com uses minimal cookies necessary for the operation of the website. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies that collect personal data.

Session cookies — used to maintain your session state, including white paper access authorization within a browser session. These are deleted when you close your browser.
Security cookies — used to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. These expire within 24 hours.

You may configure your browser to refuse cookies. Note that refusing session cookies will prevent access to gated content such as the white paper.
